Payment
All transactions are processed in AUD. Internet payment options are Visa, Mastercard and Direct Deposit. When paying with a credit card please only click the PAY NOW button once or you may be charged more than once. If this does occur you will be refunded as soon as possible. When using direct deposit option please allow two extra business days for processing of your order.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Multimaster ships goods Australia wide. All orders are shipped via Australia Post on the day payment is received (for payments received before 2:00pm AEDT). Direct deposit payments may take a few days to be deposited into our account. There may be occasions out of our control where orders may be delayed. We suggest you supply a work address if nobody is home during the day. Special arrangements can be made to ship orders internationally; please contact us directly, either by email or telephone, to make arrangements.
Postage & Handling Costs
There is a flat fee of $5 per order for orders under $50, regardless of quantity. Postage & Handling is free for all orders over $50, and all orders over $200 receive a 10% off the total cost of the order. Shipping charges will be added to your order total before checkout. Customer Service Policy
Multimaster is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Security Policy
When purchasing from Multimaster your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Returns
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact Multimaster customer service and follow their instructions for returns.
Multimaster will refund incorrectly shipped merchandise, provided: it is in re-saleable condition; you can provide proof of purchase; and you return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging (if any), and the item must be unused and as sold.
The cost of returning any product to Multimaster is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs.
We will make every effort to process items returned to Multimaster within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
