There is no time limit within which you need to register your warranty, however you will need to register your warranty before you can claim against the warranty, or receive any other benefits. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase i.e. a copy of your invoice showing the purchase of your furniture and the Multimaster Care Kit with Warranty.
You can register online, or you can register by sending your completed warranty registration form and invoice to us either by mail, email or fax.

If you are having trouble filling in the registration form, or you have any questions about registering you warranty, just contact us and one of our friendly customer service professionals will be more than happy to help.
Just enter the amount as shown on your invoice, our system will record the correct value. The currency is displaying in $US because your browsers language settings are set to US English. You can correct this by changing your browser language to AU English, but this isn't necessary; our system will record the correct value regardless.
To make a claim against your warranty you will need to contact us within five days of any incident occurring. You can claim over the phone, online through our customer portal, or with our deciated claim management app. Please note, your warranty will need to be registered before you can lodge a claim online or with the app.

Before we can proceed with any claim, you will need to:
Register your warranty: if you are not already registered, one of our friendly claims officers will talk you through the process.
Provide proof of purchase: a copy of your invoice showing the purchase of your furniture and the Multimaster Care Kit with Warranty. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, contact the place of purchase, they will be able to provide you with a copy.
Provide photographs of the stain or damage: clear photographs allow us to assess the problem and work out the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
You will need to provide a minimum of three photographs. Clear photos allow us to to fix your problem as quickly as possible, so make sure the photographs are in focus and well lit. Photos can be sent either by email or SMS, your claims officer will provide you with details when you make your claim.
